Dear Sir/Madam,

Please be informed that the data migration exercise of the CFM Complaint Online Portal (CoP) has been completed and we are now working towards full integration with the MCMC Complaint Portal. For the duration of this integration process, you will not be able to access the CFM Complaint Portal www.complaint.cfm.org.my.

However, during this transition period, you may still lodge a complaint via e-mail at aduan@cfm.org.my or call our Hotline at 1800 18 2222.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Walau bagaimanapun, dalam tempoh peralihan ini, anda masih boleh membuat aduan melalui e-mel di aduan@cfm.org.my atau hubungi Hotline kami di 1800 18 2222.
